Security Car Hire Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

• We provide onsite security vehicles and mobile patrol vehicles as reliable, cost-effective solutions for asset protection. A hire week is defined as 168 hours, including delivery and collection time.
• The service includes cloud storage for all motion activity recordings and app subscriptions for monitoring.

2. Force Majeure

• In cases of unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or emergencies) that prevent vehicle supply, the Customer will receive a full refund for the affected period.
• Service provision is subject to:
  • Suitable site conditions (parking and location).
  • Security vehicle availability.
  • Coverage area (services outside the serviceable location may not be available).

3. Release and Indemnity

• By engaging our services, the Customer agrees to release and indemnify Corrective Services Pty Ltd and ACN 658 000 349 Pty Ltd, including its directors, from claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from service provision.

4. Payment Terms

• Due Date: Payments must be made by the due date stated on the tax invoice.
• Late Fees: Late payments will incur interest as per Section 2 of the Penalty Interest Rate Act 1983.

5. Default and PPSR Registration

• If invoices remain unpaid by the due date, the Customer consents to PPSR registration against:
  • The Customer (for individuals).
  • Company directors (for Pty Ltd companies).
• PPSR registration will be removed once full payment is received.

6. Discounts and Overdue Invoices

• Any applied discounts become void if payment is not made within 10 days of the due date. The full invoice amount will then be payable.

7. Invoice Discrepancies

• Customers must review tax invoices upon receipt. Discrepancies must be reported within 7 days; otherwise, the invoice is deemed correct and accepted.

8. Pre-Payment for New and Casual Clients

• All new or casual client bookings require pre-payment via EFT or credit card unless otherwise approved for a terms account.

9. Terms Account Holder Conditions

• For approved terms accounts:
  • Payments overdue by 60 days will result in PPSR registration as outlined in Section 5.

10. Payment Methods

• EFT: Remittance advice must be sent with payment.
• Credit Cards: Use the secure link provided in your invoice for payments.

11. Additional Fees

• Additional fees may apply if a vehicle needs to be moved or relocated during the hire period, at the discretion of the Operations Manager.

12. Insurance Excess

• The Customer is responsible for covering the insurance excess cost for any claims processed during the hire period.
